Our Services

One system, built in four layers, adapted to what the floor has to survive. We grind the concrete down to clean, open pores and repair what’s cracked or pitted. We broadcast flake across the surface for the finish and the texture. We lay epoxy to waterproof the slab and lock everything down. We topcoat with polyaspartic for UV resistance and the durability that keeps the floor from yellowing, chipping, or wearing through. A garage, a restaurant kitchen, and a milking parlor get different flake, different texture, and different chemistry on top. The order never changes.

Residential floors

Garages, basements, porches, and patios across Central Ohio. Ohio weather is the problem we're solving: road salt, freeze-thaw cycles, and a slab that soaks up everything the winter drags in. A coated floor seals the concrete so the salt sits on top where you can hose it off. Porches take the worst of it, which is why we treat porch coatings as their own job rather than an add-on. You get a floor that wipes clean, doesn't stain from oil or dropped paint, and holds its color because the polyaspartic topcoat blocks UV. Most residential jobs are finished in 1-2 days, and you can walk on it 6-8 hours later and park on it after 48 hours.

Commercial floors

Restaurant kitchens, medical and dental offices, retail floors, and shops. Non-slip floor texture is built into the system rather than added after, so it doesn't wear off in the traffic lanes. Commercial floors take constant foot traffic, rolling equipment, spills, and daily mopping, and the epoxy layer is what keeps moisture from getting under the coating and lifting it. We schedule around your business. Overnight and weekend installs mean you're not closing for the week to get a floor.

Industrial floors

Dairy barns, manufacturing floors, wash bays, and heavy shop floors. Dairy is its own problem: the acidic cleaners that keep a parlor sanitary eat through coatings that weren't built for them, and the floor is wet most of the day. We spec chemistry that resists acid wash-down and holds its non-slip texture when the surface is soaked, because that's the only time footing actually matters. For manufacturing and shop floors, the same four layers handle forklift traffic, dropped tools, hot tires, and chemical spills without delaminating.

FAQ

Most residential floors are a 1-2-day job. You can walk on it after about 6-8 hours and park on it after 48 hours. Polyaspartic cures fast, which is a large part of why we use it. Commercial and industrial jobs depend on square footage and how much repair the slab needs, and we’ll give you the real timeline at the estimate rather than after we start.

Preparation, mostly. A kit tells you to etch the concrete with acid and roll the coating on. Etching doesn’t open the pores the way grinding does, so the coating sits on the surface instead of bonding into it. Add a hot tire or a winter of salt and it lifts. We diamond-grind every slab, repair the cracks and pits, then build four layers: flake, epoxy, and a polyaspartic topcoat.

They do different jobs. Epoxy waterproofs the slab and gives you a hard, protective base that locks the flake down. Polyaspartic goes on top for UV resistance and abrasion resistance, so the floor keeps its color and its finish under sunlight and traffic. Epoxy alone yellows in the sun. Polyaspartic alone gives up the waterproofing. Together you get both.

Not if it’s prepped correctly. Peeling is a bonding failure and bonding failures start with bad prep, which is exactly why we grind. Yellowing is UV damage, and the polyaspartic topcoat is what prevents it. We back our floors with a lifetime warranty. Every installation includes rigorous quality controls and comprehensive warranty protection. We maintain direct responsibility for project outcomes with dedicated support teams ready to address concerns across our service regions.

Usually, yes. Cracks, pits, spalling, and old oil stains are normal, and repairing them is part of the job rather than an extra we spring on you later. What we’ll check for is moisture coming up through the slab, because that’s the one condition that has to be addressed before any coating goes down. If your floor isn’t a candidate, we’ll tell you at the estimate.

A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.

Pricing depends on square footage, the condition of the slab, and the finish you pick. Every estimate is free and done in person, because square footage over the phone is a guess and guesses become change orders. We have options for epoxy chip and flake for garages and basements, polyaspartic coating for porches, non-slip finishes for industrial and restaurant applications, and metallic epoxy flooring — particularly used as a low-maintenance basement floor.

Yes. We coat year-round in heated and unheated spaces. Ohio winters are part of the reason these floors are worth having.
